By placing an order it is assumed that you agree to our terms and conditions. 

Blackmountain Bears website is for non-commercial use only.

You may not use this website for any commercial use. 

If you wish to clarify this or any other of our terms and conditions please don't hesitate to contact us

through the contact us page of this web site.

Acceptance of your order

The display of any of our products on our website is not an offer to sell, and we at

www.blackmountainbears.co.uk shall be under no obligation to supply goods, until a contract is entered into through payment being accepted and the product being in stock.

If you place an order with us, this will be your agreement to place an order to purchase our bears at the specified price.

Upon reciept of your order we will e-mail an acknowledgement to you as soon as possible. 

Provided the goods are in stock, available at the specified price, and your payment has been approved they will be dispatched within five working days.

If the items are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail when you could expect delivery. 

No other bear will be sent in its stead without your consent. 

If you do not respond to our e-mail detailing the unavailable items then the rest of your order will be processed and dispatched in the normal way.

Delivery   

We aim to deliver your bears as soon as possible after ordering, to the delivery address, and person of your choice, provided we have credit/payment clearance.  

We aim to dispatch your goods within five working days provided we have your order in stock.

Delivery is made by courier and may require a signature depending on your chosen delivery requirments.

Delivery dates are given with the best intentions according to your delivery requirements.

We accept no liability for any delay resulting from something which is the couriers responsibility.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery.

On reciept of your purchase you must e-mail us within 3 working days to notify us of your intention and to obtain a returns number.

A full refund or exchange will only be given when we have recieved the returned goods.

Items must be undamaged, and unused and in the original packaging.

We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card.

The cost for returned goods are the customers responsibility except for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Payment

Payment can be made securely online.

If you wish to pay by another method please contact us by using the contact us page and we will try to oblige.

All on line payments will be subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server.

For security purposes No card details are retained by us at Blackmountain Bears but go straight to the bank  processing the transaction when you make your purchase.

We can at this time only trade in the UK using pounds sterling.

We have set up our website to be as user friendly and easily accessible as possible.

We cannot guarantee that the site will run uninterupted or without errors.

We also cannot guarantee that this website will be free from viruses, bugs or be compatible with any other software. 

We do not guarantee that our goods are identical to those shown in the pictures.

Colours, may vary slightly when seen in the flesh from those shown.

We cannot be responsible for the colour variations between the original photograph displayed on our

 website and the users own monitor. 

We reserve the right to alter/make changes to our website at any time.

These may include removing products, updating products or information, which may include price updates.

Our Bears

Our bears are hand knitted or hand crafted using only the best quality yarns and materials to make a good quality product.  Most of our yarns or wools are hand created and dyed.

The nature of wool is that it can be prone to molting and or pilling and should be expected as the bear ages and is handled.

They are finished to a high standard

We sell our bears with the best of intentions.  All parts are sewn together by hand as securely as possible.  We do not recomend that you give our bears to small children you do so at your own risk.

We do not recomend that you give our bears with buttons or small parts to small children as it may be a choking hazzard.

All our bears are played with at your own risk.

We accept no liability for improper use.

No responsibility can be taken by www.blackmountainbears for any damage or accident through the use of our bears to either persons or property.
